Ever present, Mont Blanc

Arêches & the Beaufortain
Arêches is a small friendly village in the Beaufortain, a valley famous for cheese, accessible mountains and a compact ski area with a big reputation.
At its heart it’s a farming community – and unlike some ski stations, it doesn’t become a ghost town in the off seasons.
It links with Le Planay to create a wonderful, family-friendly winter playground.
In Summer it offers exceptional walking and cycling - both road and mountain bike - or total relaxation in glorious surroundings.

Access
Areches is less than 2 hours drive from Geneva, Chambery and Lyon airports. It is some 25 minutes from Albertville which has many train and bus connections.
In summer the Cormet de Roselend pass allows access to Bourg St Maurice and the Tarantaise.
Chalet Primevères is on a private road, on the edge of the village.
There is parking for 2/3 cars outside the chalet, with easy access through the main entrance into the Ski Room.
The chalet is located here.
